Attendee Eligibility
Legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia, are welcome to join the webinar. All Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations are applicable. This offer is void in Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as anywhere else prohibited by law.
By participating, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules/Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor in any matter related to this event. To win a prize, you must meet all the requirements listed here.

Peninsula Defense selects the date and time of each Webinar, which will be shared by Peninsula Defense with all ticket purchasers. The ticket holder who is selected for the webinar and does not want to purchase the product offered cannot transfer this privilege to another person.
Winners must adhere to the Rules, and their winning is dependent on meeting requirements.
A 3rd-party electronic random numbers selector is used to conduct the drawing. A winner must reply within 48 hours after being selected via the email address and phone number they provided. Otherwise, another drawing will be held to select another winner without including the original winner. The seats, offers or payment received by participants or purchasers cannot be refunded.
Participants and winners must adhere to all the rules and regulations listed, including State laws and federal laws governing firearms.
Taxes
All taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. SAFE-R-BUY LLC (d/b/a Peninsula Defense) may require winners to pay for any registration fees or expenses associated with the prizes that they receive. Winners of prizes awarded by the Sponsor are required to provide SAFE R-BUY LLC dba Peninsula Defense valid identification and mailing address as well as a valid tax identification number or social insurance number. This may occur before or after the prize is awarded. Prizes may not be transferred, redeemed in cash or exchanged for other Prizes. If you win more than 600 dollars ($600.00), an IRS form 1099 will be issued to you. A copy of this form is also filed with the IRS.
Prizes/Odds
The listed odds and prizes are determined per item. As an example, if a product sells a total 25 seats then the odds will be 1:25 in the case that only one is purchased. A single person may purchase as many seats as they wish. By purchasing more seats, each seat holder can select the number they prefer. If the number selected is that of a matching seat, then that owner will be informed.
Conditions and Limits of Entry
Each ticket purchased by an attendee will include one (1) entry. A single person can purchase multiple webinar tickets. Each seat has the option to choose a number that will increase their chances of being chosen.
Publicity
The entrant agrees that, except in cases where it is prohibited, participating in the webinar gives permission to the Sponsor, prize providers, their agents, and/or designees, to use for any reason, in any media, his or her name, likeness or city and state, along with any written, oral, or video testimonials or comments about the prize or the experience of the entrant. Participants, Finalists, winners and their designees grant SAFE R BUY LLC dba Peninsula Defense, exclusive permission to use names, characters and photographs as well as voices and likenesses for the promotion of this or other promotions or contests. Participants, Finalists and Winners (except where prohibited) also agree, that SAFE R-BUY LLC dba Peninsula Defense may disclose to third parties personal information obtained by participants in the sweepstakes for marketing or other purposes.
Webinar registration information
By entering, all entrants agree to: (a), comply with the Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are binding on all matters relating this Promotion; and (b), release, indemnify and protect Sponsor, prize suppliers, any other organizations that are responsible for fulfilling, administering or advertising the Promotion (collectively the "Released Party"), from and against all claims and expenses, including but no limited to, negligence, damages caused by any disclosure or false light in public view, any other legal theories, defamation
If you are mailing in your entry, the date that the "Webinar entry" was viewed or received will determine whether it is eligible.
The following methods can be used to obtain a Webinar entry, but each has its own limitations.
- Webinar entry: Anyone who wishes to take part in the live event webinar held by SAFE-R-BUY LLC (dba Peninsula Defense) must purchase tickets to that event, prior to the ticket sales for the event being completed. When all seats for the event are sold, attendees will receive a notification and the event will take place.
- You can enter by mail. Send a letter to the address below with your payment included and information about the webinar that you would like to attend. Include: Attendees’ name, mailing address and phone number, as well as their email address. Also include the webinar title.

Entries sent via mail must be notified by email or phone. You cannot sign up in person. Instead, you must do it online or via the mail. - Online Entry: If you buy a ticket for a webinar or an event, we will record your data and notify you when the seats have been sold.
Release and Limitations on Liability
By participating, all entrants, winners and their executors, successors and assigns agree that they will release, indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties against any and all liability for injuries, damage or losses which may occur in connection with: (i), the conduct, the promotion or the outcome of this Promotion; (ii), receipt, ownership, use or misuse or any prize; or (iii), preparations for participation or travel to and/or away from any prize related activity in connection to the Promotion or The Released Party or Sponsor will not be responsible for any punitive, incidental or consequential damages. The Released Parties will not be responsible for: (1) any incorrect information, whether it is caused by entrants. printing errors or equipment or programming used in the Promotion. There will only be the number of prizes stated. In the event that more than the stated prize number is available or claimed for reasons such as production, technical issues, seeding problems, programming, etc., Sponsor reserves its right to randomly select the stated number from all eligible, legitimate claims.
Terms and Conditions
Sponsor reserves its right to (a) cancel or modify the Promotion or any part thereof, if fraud or technical failures or any other cause corrupts or impairs administration, security or fairness of the Promotion or the proper functioning, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. (b) In the event of a cancellation, Sponsor will award prizes in a randomly drawn drawing using the Tickets that were received before an event occurred that required this action. Sponsor has the right, at their discretion, to disqualify individuals who are found to be interfering with the Promotion's entry process or operation or acting in a manner that is unsportsmanlike and disruptive or in violation to these Official Rules. If someone deliberately tries to undermine the legitimate running of the Promotion, they may be breaking criminal and civil law. In such a case, Sponsor will seek damages to the fullest extent of the law. Sponsor's refusal to enforce these Official Rules will not be construed as a waiver. Multiple entries are not allowed to share the exact same email address. If any entrant tries to obtain Tickets in excess of the stated amount by registering multiple times, using different logins or identities, or any other method will result in their Tickets being void, and they could be disqualified. Disqualification will occur if you use an automated system. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical errors or incorrect registration data, as well as lost, late or incomplete entries. Sponsor retains ownership of all entries. No refunds will be given. Sponsor reserves its right to contact all individuals who have submitted their email addresses as part of the Promotion. Sponsor may offer Sweepstakes in a variety of creative formats. Except where prohibited, without limiting what has been said, all prizes will be provided "as they are" with no warranty of any type, whether express or implicit, including, but not limited, implied warranties for merchantability or fitness for a certain purpose. For this promotion, you may not combine entry methods. If you attempt to enter this promotion using multiple accounts, email address, identities, registrations and logins, or by any other means, your entry will be voided. You, an individual, or a group of individuals, may also be disqualified.
Disputes
Entrant agrees: (i) that any disputes, claims or causes of actions arising from or related to this Promotion (or any prizes) other than those regarding the administration or determination of winner shall be resolved individually; (ii), that any disputes, claims or causes of actions arising from or connected to this Promotion (or any prizes) shall exclusively be resolved by the State or federal courts located in Reno County Kansas; (iii), all claims, judgements and awards will be limited to actual costs incurred including costs associated with participating in The above may not be applicable to you if your jurisdiction does not allow for the exclusion or limitation of liability in relation to incidental or consequential damage. All issues and disputes relating to these Official Rules, including the interpretation, construction, and enforceability thereof, as well as the rights and obligations of entrants, Sponsors in connection with the promotion, shall be governed and construed according to the laws of Kansas. The parties agree to waive any claim not within the jurisdiction of those courts, or any claim that the venue in those court is inappropriate, inconvenient and prejudicial, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, any claim based on forum non conveniens.
