The AAC Piston – Ti‑Rant 9 / EVO‑9, M13.5×1 LH (SKU 64191) is a heat‑treated stainless‑steel piston engineered for 9 mm suppressors with left‑hand M13.5×1 threading. It allows users to swap their suppressor between host firearms with matching LH-threaded barrels, most commonly found on factory Sig Sauer, HK, and S&W M&P pistols.
